What is Lifestyle Fitness Coaching?

Lifestyle Fitness Coaching is a dynamic blend of traditional Personal Training and Life Coaching principles. While Personal Training focuses on guiding you through the physical aspect of a fitness program, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching goes deeper to address other aspects of your life, environment, and mental attitude in order to help you make real sustainable changes that will lead to a truly healthy and fulfilled life. It focuses on the effect your life has on your fitness and health, and the effect your fitness and health has on your life. Lifestyle Fitness Coaching is usually done over the phone, which is often more manageable and convenient than meeting face-to-face with a Trainer several times a week.

Lifestyle Fitness Coaching may be a fit for you if:
